Cycle won't start, all lites lite up, options lites all work, but push start & hold for 3 sec. no start. So must be door latch not latching ??? To make this short I broke the door latch too.

Does anyone know if I can download repair manual that can help me out but most of all, tricks to trouble shooting.

P.S. Still in hot water with wife, need to try and fix asp before water gets any hotter.

This is a Whirlpool Duet, manual but it should help. Your model was made by Whirlpool.

Got new door switch, installed, ran the diagnostic test, test went through
C:00 to C:08 with no problems after done clean lite went on. Found out
my delicate botton does not work ( push it lite does not go on)

Tech sheet said to check touch-pad/LED assembly Need help on checking
