Remove the door from the oven as described in the Owner manual(page 25). Put the door on a flat surface with the door handle down. Remove the screws holding the door liner. Remove the door liner to access the door handle screws. Here are the break down diagrams for the Whirlpool range Model RF315PXDN0Gene.

Hi I also have a Whirlpool. ModelWEP84800, type 30P, bought it in 1998 and its an accubake model.
I read the above, and our door will pull off the same way - but all the screws to the handle are recessed - what are the steps we would take, once the door is off? to get to that handle? Thanks

jimgo,
The model number you posted does not come up. Verify and repost it.

I rechecked it, and thats the model number. Tried to snap a picture of it, but the sucker is hard to focus on. Could the problem be its a canadian model?

Yes, Canadian models are not listed on American sites. I found the break down diagram for your door: Whirlpool Parts Model Display and hope it will help you. Gene.
