This last week our freezer started warming up from 0 -24 We had seen some frost on the inside so we cleaned it out and restarted it. It still doesn't get down where it should be. We have never had any problem w/ this unit before.
Thank you for your help

I cannot find any info using your model number.
What type of freezer is this?

Also I do not understand the following
"This last week our freezer started warming up from 0 -24"
Was it at 0 degrees F and is now at 24 degrees F?

Is the compressor cycling on/off?

If it is always on and the unit is not getting down to 0 to 5 degrees F, then you probably you have a problem in the sealed system.
Could be a plugged orifice, bad compressor, low on freon or out of freon.
All of these will be an expensive repair and it usually makes more sense to invest those dollars into a new unit.

It was always at 0 is now runs at about 24 the compressor is not working as far as I can tell. United is the name of the unit.

Still could not find any info on it though it looks like some United units are made by W C Wood.

Since the compressor is not running I would start at the control thermostat.

Perhaps the following will help.
