Here are your parts

FYI: It is a 20i not a 201

Here is a manual. It is the best I can do as GE likes to keep everything a secret so tech info is scarce.

You will have to join the site but it is free and this is a good site for appliance DIYer's.

First you have to determine if the compressor is running. You can usually hear it also you should be able to feel it vibrating and it should be warm.

If it is not running then you may have a control problem (no voltage to the compressor). This may be the control board but also could be bad thermistors etc. If it is getting voltage then it could be a bad compressor or start device.

If it is running then remove the evaporator cover inside the freezer so you can see the coils.
If they are heavily iced/frosted over you have a defrost problem.
If there is no frost or frost only in one area, you have a sealed system problem. This would be an expensive repair as you need a pro and there is no guarantee of a long term fix. Usually it makes more sense to put the dollars into a new unit.

Here are a couple good links on basic fridge repair and troubleshooting.
