Came home and water was on the floor and everything in freezer was thawed out. There is a clicking noise in front at the bottom. All fans are blowing , compressor is hot . Could you help please?

Although rare for GE, I would try a new start device that plugs into the side of the compressor, part WR07X10055, get it on this site.
