I recently replaced the valve and still no ice. It still doesn't seem like water is getting to the ice maker. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance.

Did you check the fill tube going into icemaker to see if it was frozen?

Do you mean the plastic tube that feeds into a plastic square on the back of the ice maker? If so, how do I tell if it's frozen up?

You almost have to removwe the ice maker to see it. depending on the ice maker and the age of the frig Ge had mechanical ones and those are now obsolete and replaced with electronic ones The electronic ones aren't servicable but the mechanical ones are.you can distingwish the two the newer style will have a green power lite on them while the others you can pull the white cover off and see a white plastic gear in the center. If thats the kind you have you can force cycle the ice maker by pulling the ejector rod towords you or take a screw driver and turn the little gear so it stsrts to run. look at the big gear to see if its missing a tooth or two. if the icemaker cycles and fills by manually doing it more than likely you have a bad switch inside the head if you do you can take it apart and repair it but be careful cause things go flyin everywhere lol just replace it with a new one The part number is something like a WR31x10061 or close to that cant remember off the top of my head lol
