hi i need help to hook the recepticle ....we couldn't find how to attach the wire using wire nuts

we got recepticle and we are confused how to attach wire using wire nut... do we have to cut the wire nuts

NOt understanding, what are you trying to do? Attach a cord to a range/cooktop? electric? Give more information please like a brand and model number?;)
