WAG2170, If you can not set up the clock and/or eliminate "PF" after power was reset then, most likely, the problem is a bad membrane switch. I'm assuming when you said "I have already replaced the circuit board" you meant the clock. - The part number for the membrane switch assembly is AP4263577 Gene.

GENE, Thanks for your info. I failed to tell you that my Control Panel will not work at all. Lights up and clock works but unable to use any controls on Panel. I see that alot of people are haveing trouble with Whirlpool with this same problem, with panel reading PF, thanks in advance

WAG2170, Looks like the problem is a bad membrane switch which comes as a part of a new, redesigned control panel. I do not think Whirlpool will take it as a recall because this problem did not cause any danger to the consumers. Consumers could try to file a group lawsuit which is very hard and takes a very long time. - The part number for the control assembly (included the membrane switch) is AP4263577 Gene.
