I have the same oven, and the same problem.

I called Gene directly as he is local and he has one of his techs. coming over to fix the issue.

In case others have the same issue down the road I will be sure to post what the fix was.

Hi Gene,
Thank you for the help. I received the Ferrite Ring and installed as instruction sheet. But still shown "PF" and same as before the oven not working. Note: my range's spark module is not next to touch pad control panel, it's under the left front burnner. But I still install ring over the main wire harness. Please let me know what I should do next? Thanks.

Ok Gene's tech. came and replaced the control panel. He noticed that Whirlpool redesigned the structure of the panel. It appears that possibly the ribbon was rubbing on the metal panel, now it's all one piece. So possible design flaw, that explains a failure after just 1 year.
So you will likely need to buy the $150 control panel.

Hi Gene,
Thank you for the information. I search the internet, there are at least 5 cases recently post on internet for the same Whirlpool medel and same problem. Do you think this is a defect from Whirlpool? Is Whirlpool should have some kind responsible? And can you represent us to have some kind deal with Whirlpool?
another case as attached-
