I replaced the ignitor. Still not heating. I checked the gas. We have gas coming into the regulator. How long does it take for the valves to open to aloow gas to be fed to the ignitor?I would turn the dryer on, but did not see the ignitor starting nor do I smell gas. Is there a certain cycle or amount of time needed? Thank You.

Are you sure, the igniter comes on (glows) and cycles off in a few seconds(5 or 10 seconds) ? If your glow bar does not glow, or if it glows but never cycles off, You've got a bad radiant sensor / flame switch. Part number: AP2042635
If your glow bar cycles on and off, but you get no flame, You've got a bad set of gas valve coils, or no gas to the gas valve. Part number: AP2042752
