My Frigidaire stacking washer/dryer isn't spinning. I have already replaced the door lock switch as the toggle was broken off. I plugged the laundry centre back in and it will agitate but won't spin.

Model # GCET1041AS1 It is made by Electrolux. It is a stacked laundry team, full sized washer & dryer, Frigidaire gallery series if that helps.

Is it American model? If it's not, we are not able to find any information (including a wiring diagrams) on-line.

The label states its made by Electrolux Home Products Inc. out of Cambridge, Ontario, Canada. it also states it is made in the USA. There is also a serial #XE23802981 on the tag, if that helps with the model #. I was looking over the skematic and I noticed that it shows a capacitor which is in line with the wiring for the cams on the timer switch, that seem to be the circuits for the spin cycle. This capacitor seems to lead to the motor. I realize its hard to help without being able to view the skematic, but, is it possible that if this capacitor has failed in anyway, would it prevent the motor from starting on the spin cycle? As I stated before, it agitates fine and it did spin on one of the first loads after I replaced the lid lock switch, but now nothing. I read un some of the other threads, that some peolpe replaced the capacitor as well as the door lock switch. Just wondering if this model may have the same type of circuitry?

Looks like this is a Canadian model and that's why it does not come up.
If you can post the wiring diagram, it might help to diagnose the problem. I do not think there is a capacitor issue.
