Most likely the problem is a bad ERC (aka a clock/timer) but there is a small chance for the upper oven relay board to be bad as well because of the low voltage transformer integrated in the board. It's probably a good idea to order both parts and return unneeded later.

I found some troubleshooting instructions for this model which are attached to the reply.

- The ERC Part number: AP4283511
Part number: AP4283511

- The relay board Part number: AP4284825
Part number: AP4284825

Thank you Gene, for ALL of that. Parts are ordered. Should I put just the relay in board first?

You are welcome.

I would replace the ERC first.

If I change the relay board first, the only one they sent, will it get damaged if the ERC turns out faulty?

We need our oven.

Despite being charged for both pricey boards, only one was sent with no notice of the other being back ordered, until the box arrived.

No expected ship date on the ERC. Not good customer service.
