i have this stove-when i try to set the temperate for the oven or convention oven over 285- the err shows up and the oven will not heat. if i set the oven for under that temperate it works properly. what is the problem? thanks

I bet you have the degrees in celsius instead of farenhiet...Do you have the owners manual, if not I will help you get it back to farenhiet

that would be great. the stove is in phoenix-we were moving my mom's stuff and at the new house. it won't work. i couldn't find the manual. i will be going back to phoenix in about 10 days. i have no phone there. what should i do?

I live in Mesa, AZ :) You will need to press bake and broil buttons together until you see SF displayed on the clock.........Next press Broil, this changes the degrees from C to F, Make sure you see F on the display....Press start pad and your good to go....Let me know if that did it...

hey thanks a ton. i hope this works. i won't be able to try to fix this problem for a couple of weeks. i go back and forth, but must stay here for a couple more weeks. thanks again.
