compressor sound like it work and so is the evaporator fan and the condenser fan but not cooling or freezing at all, I am thinking that is in defrost all the time, but the compressor is runing, does the compressor runs when on defrost? any sugestions?

Are you sure the compressor is running. Feal the smaller tubing as far away as possible from the compressor. Should be hot. Also, pull out the freezer back panel and check for some frost. If there is some, either your system is low on refrigerant, or your compressor is bad.

Mr. richappy thank you for your quick respond, and yes the compressor runs but I don't feal the bibration as it should be,the small tubing is not hot and no ice on the evaporator coil so you think is the compressor? thank you for your help

Pull the cover off the side of the compressor and remove the start device. If it rattles, it's bad. Order a new one here, AP4079373
