water from door dispenser very slow replaced filter had repairman but no fix yet couldn't tell what was wrong he replaced parts and charged lots of money need help Do I have to pull the freezer door apart and check water line there?

Leave the fridge alone and make sure the shut off valve is not a pirceing type. Everytime I see this, its the shut off valve used, never the fridge. If you want water fast change the shut off to a proper one or drill out the center hole to make it bigger then a pin hole. :)

It is not the piercing type ,a brass shut off in wirsboro tubing
