I had poor water at the dispensor and only half cubes were being made. I changed the water filter and water valve. Now it is making ice properly but I still have slow water at the dispensor. What should I do?

Did you dispense at least 2 gallons of water after you replaced the water filter?

What is the complete model number of the refrigerator and the part number of the water valve?
Did you check the incoming water pressure?
