Thanks for the quick reply, Gene. My problem is about the same as the original poster had. The washer doesn't seem to spin. I went down the route of cleaning the filter and pump as well. The model number is WHDVH626. Although I don't see it on the machine, I found this particular model is circled out in the manual.

In order to enter the test/service mode you have to press the power button to clear any current cycles first, then unplug the washer for at least 30 seconds. Reconnect power and within 30 seconds of reconnecting power press signal, delay start, signal and delay start buttons. The door will lock, then will display "t01".

Thanks. I was able to enter the test mode and went through different tests. Here are the results,

t02: initially returned error codes 31, 70 and maybe others I don't recall since I've reset them. Now, "t02" doesn't show any error (E00) any more.
t04: normal
t05: normal
t10: does not tumble
t11: does not spin, display "0"
t12: normal
t14: does not spin

I also tried to reprogram to different model ids (1-3) in "t01" with no success.

Any ideas from here.

Hi Gene,

I was trying to test the inverter with your instructions. But I couldn't figure out where the "AC input harness" is. It's not one of the connectors in the junction box with blue and red wires, right? Is it one on the motor from behind the inverter? I need to disconnect the connector to test the voltage right?

I guess if you can expand the instructions a bit I might be able to follow them.

There are plugs coming into the inverter from the control board. This is the inverter input harness. Disconnect the plug with the blue and red wires and measure the voltage between them. You can see them on the inverter picture.

I am having the same issue as the other 2 people. After I enter the service mode by unplugging hand pressing delay signal and I have the t01 displayed, what do i do next? My model # is WBVH6240. Thank you!
