5 year old whirlpool washer, everthing works except the spin cycle. during the spin cycle the tub acts like its stuck and makes a horrid noise. any help on what i need to replace and how to get it done will be greatly appreciated.

Pull off the top of the agitator, remove the 7/16 bolt and pull the agitator out.
Check the drive block nut, probably loose.
