Igniter doesn't come on! Everything else works just fine! Replaced Igniter no change. What should I look for!

You are not getting voltage to the igniter, most probable problem is the thermal limiter on the heater housing AP3067392. You can temporarily jumper it to verify. If bad, check your venting, probably a lint clog somewhere.
