There is a switch #27 AP3191616 that may have gone bad its hard to get to but that controls the water valve electricity for the dispenser. I would check the water valve first AP2071735 while holding the dispenser in the on position. If you have 120vac then its probably the water valve itself, if not , it is the switch. Make sure you are checking voltage on the dispenser side not the Icemaker side.
