Oven won't heat, elements etc. check okay. Changed clock unit twice but still no heat. Please help.

what voltage to you have to your bake element ? do you have 120vac at least to one leg of the element ?

Yes getting 120, but not 220. Either both clock units are bad or I'm missing something.

statistically unlikely both clocks are bad... need to figure out which wire is not giving you the other 120vac you need and follow it back to where it starts from ...

Have done this, wires seem fine back to unit. When I hit bake unit clicks a couple of times, shows 100 degrees but does not heat.
