Hi:
I am new to this forum. Great info from everyone, many thanks.
Reading posts, I figured out the problem was the coils on the valve because the dryer would heat up once, then the heat would stop until it rested for a maybe 20 minutes.
I just replaced the gas valve coils
I think it is fixed, but it heats up to 160 degrees on high, then it stops heating and the temperature drops to 108 degrees, then it reheats up to 160, and so forth. The dryer is empty, just testing it out.
I thought the temperature would stay near 160.
Is this normal? Or is there another problem?
Thanks for the help.
