Had to replace boot seal on front load washer. Found it had been torn during a load of laundry. Water had drained through the tare in the rubber boot through washer and down into pedestal drawer. Has been unplugged, boot replaced, water drained left to dry. However, when restarted washer just continually pumps, does not add water, does not spin and door does not lock anymore. Can someone please let me know what to do next. Is there something that may need reset? Is it stuck in a cycle due to the water contamination?

Ouch, a lot of possibilities, none of them cheap to fix. Could be a number of things. This service manual, (from another Forum, but they seem like good folks and probably won't mind if we use it) will show you to go into a troubleshooting mode. http://appliancejunk.com/ge/washer/31-9135.pdfGood luck.
