I had to replace the handle to the washing machine, as it cracked off. When the part came in and I tried to remove the old part, I found that I needed a special screwdriver to remove it. It's neither a Phillips head, regular head or an Allen wrench-type part. Can somebody help me find out what kind of tool I need to exchange parts, and what it is called? Thanks
