Default Refrigerator freezer
Model Number: 36378472895   Brand: Kenmore   Age: 1 - 5 years

Refrigerator too warm - about 50 degrees. Freezer continues to cool properly or nearly so. Have opened up damper to favor refrigerator as much as possible. There is no visible frost on the machine anywhere.
Bottom coils have been thoroughly cleaned. Appreciate any insight

What is the temperature in the freezer?

Does the fan in the freezer work?

If the temperature is more than 10°F, remove the rear panel and check how the coils are covered with frost.

Post your findings.

Gene.
