My Sumsung three door refrigerator freezer temperature is way off from what the actual temp is in the freezer. I set the temp at -2 and the door says -2, when I change the setting to -4 the door says it's -2 but the actual temp is 37. What would be causing this. The refrig part is accurate.

There is a problem with Samsung freezers the defrost sensor is either broken or needs to be moved .my freezer kept freezing over every few months .called a technician and he replaced sensor haven't had a problem sense.don't call Samsung unless your in to customer service. |
