I noticed the continuous running of the motor for 3 days with a different sound to it. When I checked the refrigerator, it was warm to 52 degrees. I turned it to a colder setting and no change. The freezer is still keeping food frozen, but the glass items in the freezer are not frosty like normal. This happened once before and the service tech said something had froze up. He thawed out whatever it was with a blow dryer like tool, and everything worked fine after that. Could you possibly tell me where to point my hair dryer so I can get the same results? He actually didn't even do anything with the motor just thawed something from the inside of the refrigerator-freezer. Thank You
