sorry, there is no schematic/wiring diagram on the tech svc site for this model ...

Is the selector switch push button style?

Also the model number you posted does not come up.

I was able to locate a working oven that is the same model as mine. I swapper out the thermostat controller (3rd controller from the right) and also swapped out the interior thermostat wand. And my oven now works. However, I need to purchase the swapped out parts to make the other oven work again.

MSC28-2 model
271208 serial
Double door, electric wall oven
control panel has a rectagular clock on left and 4 controller knobs, boilstat, selector and thermostat controls for the upper oven and a thermostat controller for the lower oven. On the far right of the control panel is a temperature dial.

I will need help in locating the nedded parts.

All 4 controllers are dial type - not push button

try Tdor direct as age of oven may be difficult to acquire parts
