Broiler Not Work

Model Number: 911.41065241 Brand: Kenmore Age: More than 10 years

Broiler does not heat up. I select Broil, "Start" appears on display. I press start button. "Start" display disappears. "On" appears in display.

When I do "Bake", I hear a click sound, but do not hear it after starting Broiler.

Thought about exchanging broil and bake elements to trouble shoot elements.

Could it be a problem w/receptical where broil element plugs in. How much voltage is supplied to the broil element?
