I am assuming that the stove top elements work OK.

If the unit has no other symptoms then odds are that the control board is toast.
I would unplug it and check that tghe wires to the elements and the board are OK.

Also I would check the oven sensor though if it was shot you would probably see a wrong oven temperature.
