My Tappan electric oven and broiler stopped working at the same time. Stovetop works fine. All wiring good with 120V and 240V. It was working fine for hours then just quit heating? Could it be the control board?

Here are your parts, includes the wiring diagram.

If the unit stays in pre-heat then odds are that it is the control board.
You may also need an overlay as most of theses are peel and stick and can be difficult to remove. Sometimes heating it up with a hair dryer helps.

If the oven show that it is ready but has no heat then it could be the oven sensor.
Below is a link on this. Look at 7, 8, 20 and 21.

Also check that the wiring for the elements and power to the control board is OK.
