Default stove
Model Number: rf3661xdwo   Brand: Whirlpool   Age: 5 - 10 years

My daughter`s oven every few days has a code of pf and sometimes
pf e3. I checked oven senser this morning and ohms showed ok. I replaced Elc
about a year ago. What can be going on. I am a diy person not a repairman.
Thank you
Fred

Hi Fred

The error code "PF" means "power failure". Check the power plug, the power cord and all connections.
"E3" can not be together with "PF". In front of "E3" should be "F" with a some number, like "F1" of "F2". Different error codes shows different conditions of the unit.

Gene.
