All top burners work, the boil element works.... I bought a new control board, new bake element and the bake element still dont work. I turn on the bake to heat and the boil element turns on. I turn on the self-clean and only the boil element turns on... NO bake element heat at all! Need help please....... is this an electrical issue?????
