Can you be more specific on the problem?
What is the model number of the washer?
Gene.

nuke911, The error code "F24" means "Water temperature sensor error". The temperature sensor is a part of the heating element (#13 on the break down diagram) and you can access it from the back of the washer. Perform troubleshooting as described in the tech sheet(pages 3 & 10). - The part number for the heating element is AP3865677 Gene.
