What is the model number of the washer?

the code F24 flashes on the LED display where the minutes show and the washers stops and only way to get it going is to turn it off it is a Model He2T 110.47561600

The error code "F24" means "Water temperature sensor error".

The temperature sensor is a part of the heating element (#13 on the break down diagram) and you can access it from the back of the washer.

Perform troubleshooting as described in the tech sheet(pages 3 & 10).

- The part number for the heating element is AP3865677
