I have a Frigidaire electric dryer AEQ07000ES0, and yesterday when I tried to dry some clothes when I would set my timer and press start it would give me a door error, when I would press cancel it would go to the touch up low heat setting and this was the only one that would work. I tried this several times all with the same result. What could this be? And is this something I can easily fix on my own, do I need parts or a repair person!?
I appreciate any help you can give Thanks in advace, Felts :)

Sounds very much like a problem with your main control board (control boards hate heat, moisture and vibration and, well, a dryer has . . .) Use this service manual to see if you can generate an error code, but at the end of the day you may have to replace the board. It is not a difficult task but the part is rather expensive. The manual will show you how. http://frigidaireservicetips.co..._AffinityDryerManual.pdf
