I trying to place a power browser to the compressor.But on the compressor the connector holes reverse 1 up top 2 on bottom but on the compressor the 2 holes are up top and 1 down the bottom.Which plug is the run,start and common.

You can figure it out by measuring the resistance between the pins. Resistance between the COM and RUN should be more than between the COM and START. Resistance between the RUN and START = resistance between COM & RUN + COM & START. Be advised that a power booster can damage the compressor motor.
