circuit breaker trips when defrost timer calls for defrost operation. i turned timer manually past defrost and breaker did not trip. turned timer back to defrost and circuit breaker trips after about a minute. i did this several times with same result.

I could not find any tech info on this unit.

Is this a regular circuit breaker of a GFI?

Could be the heating coil is partially shorting to the frame.
May also be the defrost thermostat. Check that it is not bulged out.

problem was gfi circuit breaker. thanks for info!
