I just recieved a heating element today and the plugs are different than my old one. The old one has three wire hook ups new one only has two. And where my top wire goes on the new one is much bigger do I need to change the end or what do I need to do does a wire need to connect to the thermostat help me out.

Probably best to contact where you purchased the replacement from.

I cannot find any info on this unit, tried 3 sites.
Please check it.
