Bottom part of freezer and fridge are getting cold freezing cold even on the fridge side. But the top portions of both are not which is weird. I noticed freezer fan is not running at all but condensor is. Also i cant get water through the despensor i can get ice slowly but no water. I took back panel out of freezer to see if it was frozen? There was ice all over the coils so i thawed with a blow dryer. If you can help thanks.
