Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 3/22/2010(UTC) Posts: 5		The only time timer gives me power is on the cool-down cycle of the perm press cycle, with the one switch to yes! Checked continuity of all sensors and safty as well as resistance of heating coils, all good! My guess is timer or motor switch. I cleaned out all the lent thought it was an over temp switch but doesn't seem to be. I'd be grateful for any help, it my Step-Mom's and she needs dry clothes for her 90'th Birthday the 27th of this month!. Thanks!

P.S. Have you checked the resistor (#148 on the diagram)?

When I checked the Resistor it was still in the circuit as were the sensors, limits and safety when checked for continuity . Is there a way to check the timer switch on or off the machine?
