Side by side unit, Frig is ok the freezer is not freezing, The fan in the back is fine and I ran the manual defrost cycle. Still not freezing. The compressor is running and is warm to the touch. The lines out of the compressor, one is warm and the other is cool but not cold. Seems to be running all the time. Any I deas what I can check. I can fix anything electrical or electronic but don't know much about freezers.

Remove the panel at the back, inside the freezer compartment and see if there is snowy ice built up on the evaporator coil.
