Robert,

Looks like the touch pad gone bad too.

- The part number for the touch pad (aka membrane switch) is AP368491

Gene.

Gene,

I received the new touch pad (membrane) today and installed it. It works great. Everything is back to normal. Thanks again for your help.

Regards,

Bob

Hi Gene,
I have a jenn air stove. I just ordered and replaced the electronic display. At first it seemed to work fine, however the "0" would not work. I disassembled and tryed to clean the membrane ribbon connection with scotchbrite. Now nothing except the timer works. This pad did seem to work fine before I did anything. Does the membrane need to be replaced, or is it possible that the ribbon connection may need to be cleaned with something like contact cleaner?
