Help, dryer makes ticking noise, still works fine, just annoying!

Try running your fingers around the seals at the front and back of the drum and check if something is caught between the drum and the frame.

Be careful in case the item is sharp.
Bras wires are famous for this, though usually it also gives a scraping noise.

If OK
Try to hear where the ticking is coming from and how often it occurs so you will have an idea where to look.
Open the unit up and see if you can find it a common spot would be something in the blower.
