Whirlpool electric clothes dryer wed8300sw0. I was trying to fix a blower wheel, and accidentally pulled the blue wire from where it attaches on the user interface. Can this be re attached somehow, or will I need to buy a new interface?

Is the wire completely out of the connector that plugs into the board?

It is not out of the connector, but it is not a connector that just "plugs" into the interface. It seems as if it was just "attached" by a real small solder maybe? I wish I could just plug it back in!! Unfortunately not that easy I think.

If you solder the wire in place it will be a temporary fix at best.
