I have a Bosch microwave that is 4 years old .The microwave stopped heating .I had a service person tell methe magnetron was bad,but never got back to me with a price i took the magnetron to another person and he told me the magnetron was ok he had I ohm across the terminal and there was no short from either terminal to the chassi. He suggested that the diaode was bad I replaced the diaode and have the same results.Could the magnetron still be bad with thoes readings and if so what else could be the problem ?Could the cap be bad i get a charge when I put power to it and short the terminals Every thing works on the microwave except no heat. The magnetron part number is 2M248J(GS).what does the GS represent.

CAREFULLY see if you have 110 volts to the transformer terminals, DO NOT TOUCH ANY OTHER PART OF THE TRANSFORMER! if you do, replace the cap first, they're cheap. the mag next, it could still be bad.
