We just recently bought our house from a bankruptcy. It was a new house, never been lived in and all appliances were new. Last week our garbage disposer blew up and I repaired it. It works great now, but the dishwasher will not drain now. Is there something that I did or didn't do when I replaced the garbage disposer.

Did you knock out the plug on the garbage disposal see the install instructions for the disposal. Also make sure the unit's drain hose is looped up at least 10 inches higher than where it enters the disposal. Otherwise it can siphon water back into the unit from the disposal Here is typical install manual http://products.geapplia...DF&Name=31-30590.pdf |
