Yes, with such designed microwaves you have to remove the outer case to access all parts inside.

I cannot find the bit to remove the outer casing of the microwave. I have tried the Torx 15,20,25,27 and 30. None worked. Someone mentioned a hollow one? I did not see these. If so what size? Thanks

Per the information posted by jucs on the previous page, he got his as a kit from Home Depot.

I took a macro picture of the screw and showed it to tool dept at Home Depot. The Torx screw has hollow interior. HD had a set for $10-15 with many sizes.
