My freezer had alot of frost in it. I unplugged it and defrosted it. It is no longer getting cold. What can I do?

First you have to determine is the compressor running?
Is it warm and can you feelk it vibrating?
If not
Is there power at the plug.
Turn the temperature control from one end to the other a couple times and then leave it at a central settin.
