Had to put a new bake element in it, after putting the new genuine KA element, I’m not getting any heat from the element. I got 1026 ohms to the temp sensor (good), and no voltage across the bake element legs. Each leg to ground gets 118v. Does this indicate a bad board? Relay? I’m lost. Can just the relay be replaced on the board?

Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not provide the relay separately from the control W11088874.
